She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Boyd Gallatin Frey and Eleanor Marie Frey (Horning); her husband Charles C Counselman III; her children, Catherine Catucci (Ryan) of Old Lyme, CT and Charlie Counselman (Linh Pham) of Morrisville, NC; her grandchildren, Jameson and Olivia Catucci of Old Lyme, CT; her sister Mikal Frey of Sarasota, FL.; her siblings-in-law, Susan Healy (Tom) of Richmond, VA, Skip Counselman (Margie) of Cockeysville, MD and Cathy Kelly (Charlie) of Sewickley, PA; and her cousin Leslie Vestrich (Mark) of San Francisco, CA. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lulu Chow Wang Campus Center at Wellesley College (21 Wellesley College Rd, Wellesley, MA 02481).
