He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ellie Mitchell (William) of North Haven, CT, Barry Fahey (late Sheila) and Dorothy McDonald (late Hugh). He is survived by: his spouse Jean L. Fahey (Esposito); his children, Donna Gavin of Billerica and John Fahey (Marie) of Billerica; and his siblings, Robert Fahey (Rudene) of Florida, Paul Rose of Florida, Theresa Blaney of Littleton and Debra Strazzere (Joseph) of York Beach, ME. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Douglass Funeral Home (51 Worthen Rd, Lexington, MA 02421). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Funeral Douglass Funeral Home (51 Worthen Rd, Lexington, MA 02421). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Brigid Church.
