She was predeceased by : her parents, Lois Harrington and Dr. Winthrop W. Harrington of Lexington; her husband Donald Forg; her brother Dr. Winthrop W. Harrington Jr. (Andrea); and her cousins, Clifford and Anna Harrington.
She is survived by : her children, Sandra Forg Busa (John) of Woburn, Linda Forg of Lexington, David Forg (Leslie Falchuk Forg) of Lexington and Eric Forg (Suzanne Evans Forg) of Woburn; her grandchildren, Lindsey, Tyler Forg, Andrew, Shannon and Nicholas Busa (Monique); and her great grandchild Dylan Busa.
