He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Kulin and S. Andrew Kulin. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Daniel, Suzanne, Matthew, Gabrielle and Elizabeth; his children-in-law, Brandi, Tom, Jennifer and Carrie; his grandchildren, Tyler, Samantha, Jacqueline, David, Reed, Evan, Madeline, Theodore, Ty, Maya and Jude; and his sister Gail. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
