He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph B. Palmer and Clara Palmer (Reynolds) of Lexington; his siblings, William Palmer, Thomas Palmer, Caroline (Stephen Dade), Stephanie (Michael Hurley), John (Carla Palmer), Marianne Palmer, Richard Palmer (Carol) and Stephen Palmer; and his wife Heidi. He was also cherished by 14 loving nieces and nephews and 9 loving great nieces and nephews.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Bedford VA Hospital.
