He was predeceased by: his parents, Stan (Millie Kochanski) and Ted. He is survived by: his wife Chris Kochanski; his stepdaughter Kim Shraibati; and his brothers, Greg and Rex Kochanski.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Boston Museum of Science.
