It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Bicknell of Lexington, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 3, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarence Bicknell and Elaine Elizabeth Bicknell; his daughter Amy; and his granddaughter Libby Herzog. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bicknell; his sister Elaine Hake; his children, Ted Bicknell (Beth), Elaine Herzog (Bill) and Sarah Meagher (John); his grandchildren, Cricket Bicknell (Josh), Davis Bicknell, Bryce Bicknell, Miles Herzog and Kate Meagher; his stepgrandchildren, Garrett Walter (Nikki) and Jenna Walter; and his nieces, Holly Kennedy (David), Lisa Hake (David), Ginny Blake (Pixie) and Eliza Blake (Udai).
A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of Our Redeemer (6 Meriam St, Lexington, MA 02420).
