We are sad to announce that, on May 9, 2025, at the age of 85, Carol Mansfield of Lincoln, Massachusetts, born in Framingham, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Carol leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; and her daughter Catherine. She is survived by: her children, Paula Lapadula (David) of Cary, NC and Ed Mansfield (Mary) of Brewster, MA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“As a Communion Minister for the Lincoln Catholic Church I came to know Carol at The Commons. She attended the Communion Services when she was able and otherwise I visited her. It was a meaningful relationship to us both. I am sad that I was not able to have a final visit but am glad to hear that she did not linger in suffering. I would definitely have attended tomorrpw's service in Waltham but I will be in NH and not able to alter my plans. My thoughts and prayers are with her and the family.”
