Though Donna may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Donna touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Alice A. Zyra (Robert Hoaglund); her close friend Scott Odette; her grandson Maxwell Marc Zyra; her close friend Virginia Barrese of Bellingham; her son Scott Henry; her brother John Kurtyka III; and her parents, John L. Jr. Kurtyka and Doris G. Kurtyka (Peloquin). She was also cherished by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tancrell-Jackman Funeral Home (35 Snowling Rd, Uxbridge, MA 01569). A Mass will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (77 Mendon St, Uxbridge, MA 01569).
