She was predeceased by: her husband Francis E. Jacobs; her daughter Susan Pocaro; her siblings, Shirley, Milton, Raymond Jr. and Robert Patnode; and her parents, Raymond Sr. Patnode and Mildred Patnode (Blair).
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Opatka (Henry) of Clayton, NC, Michael Mowry (Suzanne) of Palm Coast, FL, Sharon Hill (Howard) of Douglas, Francine Horniak (Paul) of Woodstock, CT, James Jacobs of Linwood and Lisa Jacobs of Linwood; her stepdaughter Linda Kondratowicz (Gus) of Dudley; and her siblings, Theresa Lequesne of Webster and Tom Patnode of Northbridge. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren.
