He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene McBreen (Murphy); his parents, John McBreen and Alice McBreen (Griffin); and his siblings, Molly McCoy, Julia Mason, Alice Welch and Thomas McBreen.
He is survived by: his children, Erin Connolly (Kevin) of North Attleboro, John E. McBreen III of Bolton and Quin Pittorino (Phil) of Littleton; his grandchildren, John, Charles, Kyra, Joseph Connolly, Shea, Thomas McBreen, Ava, Remy, Ryan and Luke Pittorino; and his brothers, Robert McBreen of Concord and Frederick McBreen of California. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jack's honor may be made to the Resident Activity Fund at Life Care Center of Nashoba Valley, 191 Foster Street, Littleton, MA 01460.
