Joyce will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy W. White and Lucy Adella "Della" White (Grimes); her husband David Williams; her daughter Priscilla Williams; and her sister Phyllis Brown (White).
She is survived by: her children, Edward (Alison), Arthur (Birgit), Robert (Anne) and Catherine Williams (Warren Bailey).
