Izrail Kaplan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2025, at the age of 96, Izrail Kaplan of Longmeadow, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Izrail Kaplan to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his sisters, Sonya, Elena, Anna and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Karmina; his children, Len Kaplan (Tanya) and Sonya Kay (Michael); his grandchildren, Yelena Kaplan, Galina Rifka Kaplan-Peck (Chaim) and Sergey Slootsky; his great grandchildren, Stella, William, Yair, Moshe, Eshka, Nuria and Shira; and his sibling's children, Mark, Jacob, Emmanuel, Emma, Grigoriy and David.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028).

Donations can be made to any charity in memory of Izrail Kaplan.
