With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jere' W. Dittrich of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, born in Johnson City, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 3, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father David Dittrich; his father-in-law George Hanson; his brother-in-law Jeff Hanson; his niece Lyz Spahn; and his pet Kyla.

He is survived by: his husband Scott Hanson; his mother Antonia Dittrich; his siblings, Debbie Dittrich and Scott Dittrich (Judy); his mother-in-law Grace Hanson; and his siblings-in-law, Sarah Hanson, Debra Loomis (Linda) and Todd Hanson (Barb). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, and countless friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Baystate Hospice or the T. J. O'Connor Animal Rescue Center.
