He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis A. Meunier and Laurea C. Meunier (Beaudreault); his siblings, Rock A. Meunier and Jean Rossi; his brother-in-law William Seiffert; and his niece Cheri Bradley.
He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann M. Meunier (Kane); his children, Denise Miller (Edward) of Kentfield, CA and Franklin Meunier (Diane) of Somers, CT; his grandchildren, Jo-Ann Meunier (Saralina D'Amico), Kimberly Meunier (Austin Gray), Benjamin Miller (Katherine), Albert, James Miller and Zachary Sarrasin; his great grandchildren, Frankie Marie Meunier and Natalie Sarrasin; his sisters-in-law, Micheline Meunier of Springfield and Mary Ellen Seiffert of Springfield; and his sibling's children, Glenn Bradley, Sr. of Agawam, Lauria Malloy (Joseph) of Springfield and Annie Thibeault (Steven) of Palmer.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
