It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas G. Newell of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 31, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Thomas may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Newell and Laura Newell; and his sisters, Mary Jean and Kristine Newell. He is survived by: his wife Susan Newell (Blanchard); his sons, Richard (Beth) of Westfield and Kenneth (Michelle) of Westfield; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Taylor and Steven.
