He is survived by: his wife Fatima F. Silva (Freitas); his children, Justin DaSilva of Lowell, Tony DaSilva of Maine and Melou of California; and his siblings, Almeirinda Gomes (Luis) of Tewksbury, Herbert DaSilva (Carol) of Reading and Isaura Costa of Lowell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
