He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Pestana (Lowney); his parents, Frank Pestana and Augusta Pestana; his son Steven Pestana; and his siblings, Frank Pestana and Mary Andrade.
He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Murphy (William) of Lowell, Jane Sousa (Steven) of Lowell and Timmy Pestana of Lowell; his daughter-in-law Kelly Morin of Dracut; his grandchildren, Robert, William Murphy, Jill, Emily Sousa, Michael Pestana (Angel) and Amy Pestana; and his great grandchildren, Mya, Joshua, Jacob and Jaeda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
