He is survived by: his parent So Toch of Cambodia; his spouse Ranny Lorn-Toch; his sons, Kyle-Jaxon Toch of Lowell and Kyrie-Jacen Phong of Lowell; his stepdaughter Jaylinna Lorn of Lowell; and his siblings, Boeun Toch, Benny Toch, Kimbry Nou, Sarenn Nou, Justin Toch, Stephanie Toch, Rith Nou, Jasmine Toch and Jennifer Toch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
