She was predeceased by: her husband Luigi Galasso; her parents, Robert Elmore and Mary Elizabeth Packer (Butler); and her siblings, Christine Ross, Robert Packer, Stephen Packer, Richard Packer and Mary D. DesRoches.
She is survived by: her sisters, Sister Joan L. Packer, Nancy E. Kaune (Scott) of Gales Ferry, CT and Carol A. Anderson of Kingsport, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as many great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home (24 Worthen St, Chelmsford, MA 01824). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at the Pine Ridge Cemetery (130 Billerica Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824).
