He was predeceased by: his parents, An Seng and Sun Chhum; and his sister Sopheap Seng. He is survived by: his spouse Touch Sem; and his children, Sopheak Seng of Lowell, Soaphorn Seng of Lowell, Sophea Seng of Lowell and Sophy Seng of Cambodia. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
