He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bowen and Mildred Bowen; and his sister Rhoda Melciorre. He is survived by: his wife Rita F. Bowen (Dumont); and his brother-in-law Ray Dumont (Judy) of Haverhill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
