He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lewis and Edna Lewis (Herscher); his wife Diane M. Lewis (Terrace); and his brother Carl Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Lewis (Jennifer) of Townsend, Adam Lewis of Tyngsboro and Daniel Lewis of Tyngsboro; his sister Elizabeth Samuels (Mark) of New York City, NY.; and his grandchildren, Kyle Lewis, Caden Lewis, Evan Lewis and Hayden Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
