He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Carvalho and Susan Carvalho (Lanza); and his brother John Carvalho. He is survived by: his sons, Dennis R. Carvalho (Crystal) of New Market, NH and Harry F. Carvalho (Leesha) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, James J. Carvalho, Emma E. Carvalho and Victor Carvalho; and his sister Karen Balboni (Alan) of Braintree. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
