He is survived by: his parent Chay Lak; his significant other Khmao Som; and his children, Richard Som of Lowell, Raya Chem of Nashua, NH, Chovie Chem of Philadelphia, PA, Salina Som of Lowell, Melissa Nou of Lowell, Lucky Nou of Lowell, Crystal Som of Lowell and Angelina Doeun of Lowell. He is also survived by grandchildren, as well as many brothers and sisters.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Dolan Funeral Home (106 Middlesex St, North Chelmsford, MA 01863). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 8:00 AM at the Glory Buddhist Temple (24 Cambridge St, Lowell, MA 01851). A burial was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at the Westlawn II Cemetery (77 Knapp Ave, Lowell, MA 01852).
