He is survived by: his sister Mary Jane Ouellette (Kuczek) of Hanover, MA; his son John Kuczek (Katie); his grandchildren, Colin, Dylan and Cara Kuczek; his nieces, Jennifer Coleman (Jim) of Hanover, MA and Stefanie Ouellette of Boynton Beach, FL.; and his close friend Patricia Paolino-De Repentigny.
