He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline J. Hallberg (Bassett); his parents, Henry Hallberg and Leah Hallberg; and his sister Eileen James. He is survived by: his sons, George Bassett of Billerica and Michael Hallberg of Lowell; his grandchildren, Danielle, Rachelle Bassett, Joshua, Ashlee and Justin Hallberg; his close friend Maureen Demers of Lowell; and also, Ronnie, Kevin and Ricky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
