He was predeceased by: his parents, Joao Medeiros Silva and Guilhermina Tavares Silva; his sisters, Maria Medeiros and Maria Brum; and his brother-in-law Gilberto Medeiros.
He is survived by: his children, Justin Medeiros (Jamie) of Virginia, April Medeiros of Boston and Sara Tortorello of Florida; his grandchildren, Geneviene Hudson, Lydia, Brody Medeiros, Addison, Natalie Houtari, Taylor, Carson and Gabriel Tortorello; his siblings, Anna Medeiros of Somerset, Carlos Medeiros (Maria) of Lowell, Ana Arcand (Robert) of Dracut, Joe Silva (Danielle Martineau) of Dracut, Elia Medeiros of Nashua, Angelina Silva of Melbourne and Diana Pereira (David) of Billerica; and his niece Elizabeth.
