He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio P. Lopes of Sousa and Maria Jose Silva Lopes; his daughter Linda Sousa; and his brother Altino Sousa. He is survived by: his wife Olga Sousa (Alves) of Lowell; his children, Fernando Sousa (Ginger) of Lowell, Olga Gauthier (David) of Dracut, Sandy Reilly (William) of Methuen, Debby Long of Wilmington and Kelly Mulenga of Dracut; his grandchildren, Janelle Sousa, Ava Gauthier, William Reilly, Cole O'Hanley, Caitlyn Reilly, Braedon Long, Liseli Mulenga, Sofia Long and Cairo Mulenga; and his sister Carminda Sousa (Antonio) of Sao Miguel, Azores. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
