She was predeceased by: her spouse Azem "Jay" A. Moustafa; and her parents, Philippe Lavallee and Amanda Lavallee (Deschenes). She is survived by: her children, Lisa Dery (Richard) of Tyngsboro and John Moustafa (Lynn) of Brookline, NH; her grandchildren, Stephen Dery (Samantha), Melissa Dery (Donald Theroux III), Nicole Porter (Ralph) and Danielle Moustafa (Brendon Metcalf); and her great grandchild Hailey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home (327 Hildreth St, Lowell, MA 01850). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel (96 Riverneck Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824). A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (96 Riverneck Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824).
