He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine M. Carroll (Byrne); his parents, Francis C. Carroll and Antoinette Carroll (Lamy); his son John B. Carroll; and his sister Gloria M. Dearth.
He is survived by: his sons, Francis C. Carroll, Jr. of Methuen, Neil J. Carroll (Susan) of Nashua, NH and Timothy M. Carroll (Amy Morris) of Jasper, IN; and his daughter-in-law Margarita B. Carroll of Andover. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
