He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia E. "Ginnie" Kelly (MacPhail); his parents, George Kelly and Madeline Kelly (McCarthy); and his sister Madeline Kelly. He is survived by: his sons, Francis P. Kelly, Jr. (Tracy) of Lowell and Christopher E. Kelly of Lowell; and his grandchildren, Francis P. Kelly III of Lowell and James M. Kelly of Lowell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
