He is survived by: his mother Barbara Stack (O'Neill) of Tewksbury; his children, Grady Stack (Jennifer Carfagno) of Lowell, MA, Arianna McCarthy (Justin McCarthy III) of Lowell, MA and Erin Stack (Christopher Ross) of Jacksonville, Florida.; and his grandchildren, Connor and Maeve McCarthy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
