George A. Maillet Obituary

We announce the death of George A. Maillet of Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 13, 2026, at the age of 69. George will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Maillet and Rita Maillet (LeBlanc); his brother Robert Maillet; his siblings-in-law, Louis Laurent and Karen Blatus; and his niece Jennifer D'Amour.

He is survived by: his wife Michelle M. Maillet (Laurent); his daughters, Shannon and Kierstin; his stepdaughters, Nikki and Kerry; his siblings, Janice (John Lafferty), Irene (Rick Stacy), Leonie (Joe Emma), Ginette (Mike Busack), Rene (Cindy Maillet), Maurice Maillet, Claude (Paula Maillet), Jean Maillet (Jodie Johnson) and Paul Maillet (Melissa Ruckdeschel); his siblings-in-law, Denise, Paul Dion, Collette, Richard D'Amour, Suzanne, Louis Brunelle, Dianne, Roland Chandonnet, Priscille Tuson, Steve Marson, Joselyne Laurent, Jeanne, Richard Davis, Jacqueline, Michael Quinn, Mark, Laurie Laurent, David, Tammy Laurent and Peter Blatus; and his friends, Al Cunha and Dan Ralls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
