He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Fraize; and his brother Brian Fraize. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald O. Croteau of Billerica, MA and Kathy R. Gallagher (Fraize) of Lowell; his children, Haley Fraize of Hooksett, NH, Shyla Fraize of Tewksbury, Kevin Fraize of Tewksbury, C. J, Jazmyn Fraize of Lowell and Gerald Fraize Jr. of Nashua, NH; his grandchildren, Benjamin and Hope; and his siblings, Matthew Gallagher of Maine and Ashlynn Gallagher of Lowell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
