She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley W. Kosik; her parents, Walter W. Kosik and Leokadjia Kosik (Zawodny); and her brothers, Eddie, Leo, Stanley, Frank and John Trzcinski.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia McKay (Jim) of Methuen, Stanley W. Kosik, Jr. of Lowell and Carol Lavoie of Nashua, NH; her grandchildren, Christine Soukaras, Matthew, Brian, James McKay, Andrew Kosik, Douglas Geary, Summer Cunha, Melissa, Daniel, Jessica Lavoie and Athena Soukaras; her cousins, Louanne Zawodny, Frances Allen, Janice, Theresa Zawodny and Gladys Wedgyn; her daughter Catherine Soukaras; and her grandson Nicholas Soukaras, Jr..
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McDonough Funeral Home (14 Highland St, Lowell, MA 01852). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Margaret of Scotland Church (374 Stevens St, Lowell, MA 01851). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at the Holy Trinity Polish Cemetery.
