With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen M. Mulligan of Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 20, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Balkus and Tekla Balkus (Sawicka); and her sister Antoinette Dziedzinski. She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Mulligan of Lowell; her children, Ann Marie O'Hearn (Lawrence) of Westford, Donald T. Mulligan (Mary) of Hudson, NH and Michael Mulligan (Luanne) of Windham, NH; her grandchildren, Erin, David, Donald, Colleen, Matthew, Thomas, Jillian, Matthew S., Connor, Colin and Taryn; her great grandchildren, Emilie, Jack, Dilan, Isabeal, Tanner, Mason, Donald, Jason, Emaleigh, Teddy, Auggie, Camden and Jake; and her brother Peter Balkus of Seminole, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
