He was predeceased by: his parents, Ean Hay and Eang Chheng. He is survived by: his wife Sisophan Lay; and his children, Rithy Hoan of Lowell, MA, Ratana Hoan (Tithdaranet Lim) of Middletown, RI and Rachana Hoan (Sothoun Nao) of Lowell, MA. He is also survived by grandchildren, his six brothers, one sister and many nieces and nephews.
