He was predeceased by: his parents, Isidoro Antonio Rego and Maria Lourdes Tourinho Rego; and his sister Manuela Rego. He is survived by: his wife Maria Rego (Silva); his sons, Alvaro Rego (Jessica Byron) of Dracut and Joshua Rego of Lowell; his grandchildren, Devin, Aubrey, Kailey and Emma; and his siblings, Lola Rego of Portugal, Belmira Rego of Portugal, Alcides Rego of Portugal, Ermelinda Rego of Portugal and Tone Chico Rego of Spain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
