She was predeceased by: her parents, Simmeon E. Welch and Almyra Welch (Blake); her husband William McKenzie Sr.; her son Lawrence McQueen (Stanley) of Lowell; her stepson Charlie McKenzie of Jamaica; and her brother Daniel Welch (Gretel) of Lowell.
She is survived by: her children, William McKenzie Jr. (Juanita) of Lowell, MA, Peter McKenzie (Angela) of Lowell, MA and Jennifer Murdock of Florida; her siblings, Lloyd Welch (Brenda) of Florida and Luna Burger (late Glenn); and her grandchildren, Jonelle Jamina (Musa), Jadon McKenzie, Jaceb McKenzie, Julia McKenzie, Xavier McKenzie, Caleb McKenzie, Keash Hardin, Kendall NuTall, Iman Murdock and Ianna Murdock.
