It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James G Gallagher (Lowell, Massachusetts), who passed away on June 1, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wives, Dorothea Gallagher (Sandy) and Marjorie Hansen Gallagher; his parents, James J. Gallagher and Nora F. Gallagher (Powers); and his siblings, William J. Gallagher, Olive Leary and Kathleen Gallagher.
He is survived by: his pet Cappy; his children, Cynthia Sullivan (Thomas) of Amherst, NH, Mary Flaherty (Jay) of Tewksbury, Patricia Dokos (Richard) of Lowell, Jimmy Gallagher Jr. (Karen) of Lowell and Michael Gallagher (Judy) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Courtney, Kelly, Patrick, Kerry, John, Lynne, Erin, Leah, Nicholas, Michael and Liam; his great grandchildren, Sean, Rylee, Nolan, Blaire, Tess, Grace and James; and his grandson Tommy Sullivan Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
