We announce the death of Joan Publicover of Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 21, 2026, at the age of 94. Joan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her spouse Urban F. Publicover; her parents, Daniel J. Gannon and Katherine Gannon (Grady); her grandmother Joan; her siblings, Daniel, John Barry, Richard, David Gannon, Katherine Kiernan and Sheila Bishop; and her son-in-law Robert Hadley.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Donnelly of Nashua, NH, David L. Donnelly of Lowell, MA, William D. "Bill" Donnelly (Debra) of Nashua, NH and Mary Jane "Jannie" Hadley of Nashua, NH; her grandchildren, Jason Cimon, Melissa Day (Nick), Hillary Rocheleau (Jeremy), Patricia Francoeur, Renee Donnelly, Charles Donnelly (Abigail), Jeffrey Hadley and Kelly Hadley; her great great grandchild August; and her sister Isabelle Gannon-Paris (Paul "PJ" Paris) of Methuen, MA. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
