He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H. McLaughlin and Sara A. McLaughlin (Rynne); his sister Ann McLaughlin; and his brother-in-law Donald Watson. He is survived by: his siblings, James McLaughlin (Karen) of North Andover, Susan Watson of Ossipee, NH, Joseph McLaughlin (Joan) of Dracut, William McLaughlin of Billerica, Catherine Pollard (Sean) of Methuen, Marguerite McLaughlin of Westford and Thomas McLaughlin of Dracut; his caregiver David Rizza; and his longtime roommate Stephen Polley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
