He is survived by: his parents, Claudionor Fertonani and Olinda Fertonani (Lima De Melo) of Maringa, Brazil.; his brothers, Jonas Fertonani of Nashua and Douglas Fertonani of Brazil; his cousins, Diego DeMelo of Dracut, Michelle Gazal of Riverview, FL, Vanessa DeMelo of Wimauma, FL and Andreia Montagnini of Jacksonville, FL.; and his former wife Isabele Cordeiro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
