He is survived by: his wife Maria (Pimentel); his daughters, Lisa Brown (Harold) of Lowell and Sandra Borges (Alex) of Tyngsboro; his grandchildren, Abigail Brown, Tiago Borges and Leandro Borges; and his brothers, David Baltazar of Lowell and Charlie Baltazar of Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends, and his Godchildren.
