With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joyce C. Cerand (Lowell, Massachusetts), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Martineau (Hall) and Robert Martineau. She is survived by: her husband Stephen L. Cerand; her sons, Lee Cerand (Jennifer) of Webster and Seth Cerand of Providence, RI; her grandchildren, Jacob, Sadie and Veda; and her siblings, Dennis Martineau (Deborah) and Donna Demange (Gerard).
