Julia E. Feeley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Julia E. Feeley in Lowell, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 17, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Brooks and Ellen E. Brooks (Hovey); her husband Paul F. Feeley; and her siblings, Mary E. Botto, William F. Brooks, George T. Brooks, Gertrude C. Brooks, Patricia E. Youngblood and Harold R. Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Paul R. Feeley (Lisa) of Lowell, William Feeley of Lowell, David Feeley (Estela) of California, Robert Feeley (Christine) of Chelmsford and Debra Feeley (Houston) of Lowell; and her grandchildren, Sara Pietroforte (Michael), Amanda Mendonca (Andrew), Paul Thomas Feeley, Timothy Feeley, Rebecca Feeley, Jacob Houston, Brian Feeley and William Houston. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
