He is survived by: his mother Patricia McInnis (Graves) of Westford; his sons, Ethan and Owen McInnis; his brothers, Timothy McInnis of Wilmington, Gregg McInnis (Lauren) of Billerica and Bruce McInnis of Portland, ME.; and his nieces and nephews, Aubrey McInnis, Andrew McInnis and Ziva McInnis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
