He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Gouveia and Mary Gouveia (Durand). He is survived by: his wife Pauline A. Gouveia (Desaulniers); his children, Donna Barlow (James) of Leominster and Paul Gouveia of Lowell; his grandson Paul Gouveia of Methuen; and his siblings, Robert Gouveia (Ellen) of North Carolina, Pauline LaDue of Washington, Doris Morawski and Dolores Cote (Clement). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
