With heavy hearts, we announce the death of María A. González-Miranda of Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 6, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Miguel Ortíz; her parents, Efraín González and Juana Miranda; her daughter Isabel "Izzy" Ortíz-Webster; and her sibling Palmira.
She is survived by: her children, Luis Ortíz (Candida Urenã) of Lawrence, María Hernández (Cecilio) of Lowell, Jose Ortíz of Puerto Rico and Alberto Ortíz of Puerto Rico; her grandchildren, Naomy, Luis Jr., Norashley, Miguel A., William, Gabriel, Wesley, Celismarie, Giselle, Marienelis, Miguel, Hussein, Lindamarie and Albert; and her siblings, Ana, Isaura, Francisco, Juan and Luisa. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and many nieces, nephews and her Church family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in María's memory may be made to the Iglesia Cristiana Ebenezer Asambleas de Dios Church, 27 Loring Street, Lowell, MA 01851.
